1. Diagnostic Evaluations & Estimates
Our master technicians conduct comprehensive on-site diagnostics to isolate mechanical, electrical, or plumbing failures. Prior to executing any repair, a written flat-rate estimate will be presented to the customer. Work will commence only upon customer authorization.
2. Workmanship & OEM Parts Warranty
All replacement components supplied and installed by Water Heater Repair Master are guaranteed to be authentic factory OEM or certified universal-fit parts carrying full manufacturer coverage. In addition, all repair labor is backed by our direct contractor workmanship warranty.
3. Code Compliance & Safety
All repairs, valve replacements, and gas line servicing are completed in accordance with applicable national, state, and local plumbing, fuel gas, and electrical codes to protect household life safety.
